By accessing or using Pōst Werx ("the Platform"), operated by Pōst Werx (ABN 48 685 145 868), operated by Thinx AI Pty Ltd (ABN 53 685 150 681) ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Pōst Werx is a professional identity platform that allows users to:
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent.
Pōst Werx offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or publish on the Platform, including resume data, Pōsts, photos, and documents ("User Content").
By publishing content on the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and promote your content as part of the Platform's normal operation (e.g., displaying your Werxite, showing your Pōsts in the Discover feed).
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You must not publish content that is:
Pōst Werx is a professional platform. Users are expected to engage respectfully. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or our community standards, without prior notice.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to assist with resume parsing, content suggestions, and other features. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and edited by you. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
The Platform, including its design, code, templates, branding, and features, is owned by Pōst Werx (ABN 48 685 145 868) and Thinx AI Pty Ltd (ABN 53 685 150 681). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.
Werxite templates are provided for personal use within the Platform. They may not be extracted, resold, or used outside the Platform.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Unsplash (images), and Anthropic (AI). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pōst Werx and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the ACT or the Federal Court of Australia.
